The villa: • Ground Floor — No Stairs Master Suite 1 — king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. Ideal for grandparents, or parents with young children (full size crib & work desk is located in this room) or anyone who would rather skip the stairs. Bedroom 2 — a comfortable bedroom near the front of the home. Full hallway bathroom with a shower Half bathroom on the covered lanai, steps from the pool Open-concept kitchen, living room, and dining area with plenty of space for the whole group to gather Fully equipped kitchen with cooking supplies, ready for home-cooked meals & Coffee Station with complimentary starter selection of K-Cup pods, sugar and sweet-n-low AC-controlled Star Wars Game Room — a fun, climate-controlled hangout for guests of all ages • Private heated pool and spa Second Floor Master Suite 2 — king bed with a private en-suite bathroom. • Self check-in via smart lock — Check-in 4:00 PM / Check-out 10:00 AM (late check-in or check-out maybe available at additional cost based on availability) • Free on-site parking on the driveway • Pool heat is optional and available for an additional fee of $35 per day— just let us know 48 hours before arrival. This is not a hot tub. Pool/spa water is typically heated to approx. 82'F degrees • Family-friendly community: quiet hours and HOA rules apply • No smoking indoors; no large parties or unregistered events • Solara requires guests to register for community/amenity access — we'll send details before check-in
